Contact Sheet

Published since 1977 by Light Work, a non-profit, artist-run photography center in Syracuse, NY, Contact Sheet is where lovers of photography, from museum professionals to avid amateurs to collectors, turn to see the latest work by important emerging and mid-career artists from around the world.

A one-year subscription to Contact Sheet includes five issues. Four of the issues are catalogues featuring work by a single artist, and one special issue, The Light Work Annual, includes work by artists invited to participate in Light Work's Artist-in-Residence program.

Many important photographers have been included in the early stages of their careers, including Cindy Sherman, Andres Serrano, Carrie Mae Weems, James Casebere, Zeke Berman, Laurie Simmons, Suzanne Opton, Hank Willis Thomas, and Lisa M. Robinson.
